The BEK publishing house has published

Russian Orthodox Church and Law: A Commentary

The book is the first scholarly and practical commentary to be published on the norms of canon law in the post-Revolutionary period. It also contains commentaries on particular provisions of the legislation currently in force, regulating the work of religious and other, including profit-making, organizations of Russian Orthodox Church. It also deals with the canonical order of Russian Orthodox Church, her relationships with state, the law on church property and particularities of economic, educational and charitable activities as well as social service of religious organizations.

The book is intended to the clergy, economic managers of the ROC religious organizations, workers at Orthodox educational, charitable and other non-profit organizations, state officials responsible for church-state relations and all those who wish to extend their knowledge in canon law and secular legislation on the Church.
